1. PALM SPRINGS

  • Pros: Most Popular Internationally, Most Year-Round Events, Highest Nightly Rental Revenue, Access to Nightlife
  • Cons: Most Expensive, Maximum Stays Limit, Neighborhood Saturation Cap, Older Homes

2. INDIO

  • Pros: Closest to Coachella & Stagecoach Festival Grounds, Most Affordable, Most Inventory
  • Cons: Not Centrally Located, Most Competition, Neighborhoods Still Developing

3. BERMUDA DUNES

  • Pros: Centrally Located, Close to Coachella & Stagecoach Festival Grounds, No City Regulations or Enforcement
  • Cons: Least Inventory, Next to Airport, Least Recognized Area
