The opportunities to see homes up-close are sparce, and how you spend those small windows of time is critically important when you’re in town. How are you going to select the right realtor to help in your home purchase?

After an initial phone consultation, we will work together to assemble a collection of homes that meet your search criteria, and accounts for my local knowledge as a full time resident in Greater Palm Springs.
Because homes marketed online are highly edited, the next best thing to touring a home in person is touring via Facetime or through Guided Video. This allows you to see the elements of the home AND neighborhood that the photos don’t quite capture.
OFFER
Greater Palm Springs is largely made up of vacation homes and rental properties, but the demand for each is very different. Rental properties are in higher demand because they generate cash-flow, meaning you typically have more competition. With that in mind, a vacation home will often allow you more leeway in negotiations.
Given these general “rules of thumb”, there is still no more effective means of getting an offer accepted than working with a realtor who has a great reputation locally and can utilize their skill sets to uncover what the seller is truly looking for in the right offer to accept.

Congratulations! Your offer was accepted and the escrow process is going smoothly, but you don’t live nearby and you want to get the home ready to enjoy before you arrive.
Once you determine what elements of the home you’d like to update or renovate, I will introduce you to my network of local contractors who have all been personally vetted by me. Together we’ll develop a project completion timeline so that your home is ready to enjoy when you arrive in Greater Palm Springs.
